Urgent GP and dental help

GP closed: if you need urgent medical help that cannot wait until your surgery reopens, call NHS 24 on 111. For a life-threatening emergency, call 999.

Urgent dental problems: contact your dentist during working hours; outside those hours, follow its recorded instructions. If you are unregistered and need urgent dental advice during normal working hours, call the Dental Office Coathill on 01698 753673. Utility emergencies

  • Gas leak or gas smell: 0800 111 999, free, 24 hours a day.
  • Power cut or damaged electricity network: 105, free, 24 hours a day.
  • Water or wastewater emergency: Scottish Water, 0800 0778 778, free, 24 hours a day.
